Google's Bard chatbot is set to roll out a new feature called "memory," which allows it to store and adapt to important user information and personalize the conversational experience. The update aims to improve Google's chatbot by understanding and storing essential information about individuals, such as if you have children, where you like to travel, or if you're a vegetarian, and adapting its responses accordingly. OpenAI offers a similar feature with the recently released custom instructions for ChatGPT. With ChatGPT getting DALL-E 3 soon and Bard recently getting support for chatting your personal documents and data, the chatbot race is definitely still on between Google and OpenAI.
