OpenAI's enterprise version of ChatGPT, ChatGPT Enterprise, has attracted 260 paying companies that collectively employ more than 150,000 registered ChatGPT users in the four months since launch, according to COO Brad Lightcap. ChatGPT Enterprise is for large enterprises only, and OpenAI says it has a long waiting list. For small and medium-sized businesses, OpenAI this week launched the "Teams" plan, which is available for as few as two people. OpenAI is also in talks with major publishers such as CNN, Fox and Time to license content - with 99 percent positive interactions, according to Lightcap. OpenAI's COO emphasizes the potential for a positive relationship between the media and technology industries, as opposed to past conflicts.
