Google launches custom business chatbots optimized for enterprise search
Google Cloud has launched the Enterprise Search on Generative AI App Builder, a tool that enables organizations to build custom chatbots and semantic search applications.
The tool provides a scalable approach that can handle multimodal data and ground outputs in specific data sources for accuracy. Notable early adopter Mayo Clinic is testing the tool to facilitate fast and efficient interpretation of patient health data, such as medical history and genomic information. The goal is to reduce administrative tasks and improve physician efficiency while maintaining a high level of privacy.
