Microsoft brings Llama 2, GPT-4 Turbo, Mixtral 8x7b, and more to the Azure AI Cloud

Microsoft has announced new Azure AI capabilities, including Meta's Llama 2 in Models as a Service, the preview of GPT-4 Turbo with Vision, and the addition of six new models to the Azure AI model catalog, including Phi 2, Orca 2, and Mixtral 8x7b. Fine-tuning for GPT-3.5 Turbo and other models is also generally available now.
